As you may have understood from the name of our company, DHB Transmission Specialists specializes in all types of transmission services. Though we set shop in 2017 at Effingham, IL, all of our technicians have years of experience handling transmission replacement, repair and other automotive services. From foreign to domestic and automatic to standard, we have the knowledge, skill-set and equipment to handle it all!

“We were at Mid America Motors & the reverse went out of our corvette. We took it to DHB Transmission Specialist & they got us in the same day. They even took us to our hotel room as we were going to have to stay overnight to give time for ordered parts to come in. The fellows kept in constant contact with us as to what they were doing & what needed to be done. We couldn't have asked for better service. We will gladly travel the 2 1/2 hours again to have them do whatever needs to be done. The transmission had to be rebuilt & a new torque converter put on with a few other things. Our corvette is 25 years old so we were so pleased they could get all the work done. Thanks to the fellows at DHB for all your kindness.”
